Collision Repair Estimator

About the Role

Write accurate collision repair estimates using CCC ONE or Mitchell. You'll inspect damaged vehicles, negotiate supplements with insurance adjusters, and manage the customer experience from intake to delivery. I-CAR Platinum individual certification preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years collision estimating experience
• Proficiency with CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex
• I-CAR certifications preferred
• Strong knowledge of DRP programs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to read OEM repair procedures
